We offer an after hours clinic for urgent medical concerns that cannot wait until the next business day. The clinic is only for patients registered to our practice. The clinic alternates locations and is staffed by our North York Family Health Team physicians. To provide high quality care, the physician you see will have access to your electronic medical records. Please use our after hours clinic instead of walk in clinics or home visit services. To book call (416) 849-1334. Phone lines are open Monday to Thursday from 4-7pm as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8:30am to 11am. Always call our office first as we do our best to see patients the same day for urgent medical issues.
If you require urgent consultation outside office hours you can also speak to a registered nurse through Health Connect Ontario by dialing 811.
For minor ailment such as pink eye, seasonal allergies, hives, urinary tract infections, tick bites, reflux, hemorrhoids, yeast infections and eczema, consider visiting your local pharmacist, who is able to prescribe medications for these conditions.
