Patients have the choice to pay for uninsured services individually or, as preferred by many patients, sign up for our Annual Block Fee. The Block Fee covers applicable uninsured services for one year. Family coverage includes children up to age 25.
If you have received an invoice from our office for a non-insured service and prefer to pay for this service individually, please click here. Note that individual invoices can be waived if you sign up for the annual block fee instead.
Patients can also pay for the Annual Block Fee in our office by cheque, cash, credit, debit, or by phone with credit card. Please do not mail cash.
